  • In the event of a business acquisition, your data may be one of the assets transferred to the new owner
8. Right of Access and Right to Request Correction of Data

The data controller will respond to the customer in accordance with GDPR (typically within one month).

The registry is handled with care, and the data processed through information systems is appropriately protected. The security of registry data stored on internet servers is ensured by reasonable measures. The data controller ensures that stored data and server access rights are treated confidentially and only by employees whose job description requires it. However, we note that we cannot guarantee complete security in any situation.

10. Other Rights Related to the Processing of Personal Data

The registered individual has the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the registry (“right to be forgotten”). Registered individuals also have other GDPR rights, such as the right to restrict the processing of personal data in certain situations. All requests must be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may ask the requester to prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer in accordance with GDPR (typically within one month).

It contains information and is used, for example, for marketing and site development. Cookies collect information about the use of the site. The user’s identity cannot be determined through cookies. If the data relates to a contract with a customer, it may be retained as long as the customer relationship is active, but no longer than ten years unless the customer requests otherwise. Otherwise, marketing and customer data will be retained until the customer requests its deletion, but no longer than six years. Data will also be deleted if it is no longer needed for its original purpose.
