Eligibility for participation:
The giveaway is open to all individuals, except employees of R-Go Instruments, their family members, and employees of companies or organizations involved in the giveaway. Participants must be of legal age.
Participation Period:
The giveaway runs from January 25th, 2024, to January 25th, 2025, at 00:00 (GMT). However, the draw will take place as soon as the R-Go Instruments Facebook page reaches 10,000 followers, and the giveaway is officially closed.
Prize:
The prize is one R-Go 112 guitar, valued at €5,589.14 (including taxes).
How to Participate:
Participants can enter the giveaway by subscribing to the R-Go Instruments Newsletter or by following/liking the official R-Go Instruments Facebook or Instagram accounts. Participation may be denied due to abusive language or inappropriate behavior. All participants are subject to the Official Rules. By entering, participants agree to comply with the contest rules.
Winner Selection and Prize Redemption:
The winner will be drawn from all participants within one week after the participation period ends or within one week after the R-Go Instruments Facebook page reaches 10,000 followers/likes – whichever comes first, but no later than February 1st, 2025, at 00:00 (GMT). The winner will be notified via private message on Facebook or Instagram or by email, and the prize will be shipped to their preferred address. Given contact information will only be used for prize delivery.
If the winner cannot be contacted within two weeks by email or direct message on Facebook or Instagram, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner. The organizer is not responsible for any issues with prize delivery if the winner is unable to receive it.
Taxes:
R-Go Instruments undertakes to pay the statutory taxes in the destination country for the prize stated in the Official Rules. The prize cannot be exchanged for other intangible or tangible goods.

Changes to Rules:
