Eligibility for participation:
All natural persons can participate in the giveaway, excluding employees of R-Go Instruments and their family members as well as employees of companies and organisations that are in any way involved in the giveaway. To participate you must be of legal age.
Participation time:
The participation period is from January 25th 2024 to December 31st 2024 at 00:00 (GMT). However, the draw will be carried out as soon as the R-Go Instruments Facebook page has 10,000 followers and the giveaway has been declared closed.
Prize:
One R-Go 112 guitar will be drawn as the giveaway prize. The value of the prize is 5589.00€ (including taxes).
Participation:
One participates in the giveaway by liking and commenting on the giveaway post on R-Go Instruments Facebook page and following the R-Go Instruments Facebook and Instagram accounts. Participation can be denied due to abusive language or other inappropriate behaviour. The Official Rules apply to all participants. By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to abide by the contest rules.
Winner selection and prize redemption:
The winner will be drawn among all participants within two days after the end of the participation time or as soon as the R-Go-Instruments Facebook page has 10,000 (ten thousand) followers/likes – but no later than January 2nd 2025 at 00:00 (GMT). The winner will be notified personally via a private message on Facebook or Instagram, and the prize will be sent to the winner by mail to the desired address. Contact information will only be used for notifying the winner and delivering the prize.
If the winner cannot be reached within two days, the organizer has the right to draw a new winner. The giveaway organizer is not responsible for delivery obstacles in case the winner is unable to collect the prize.
Taxes:
R-Go Instruments undertakes to pay the statutory taxes in the destination country for the prize stated in the Official Rules. The prize cannot be exchanged for other intangible or tangible goods.
